My first question is how is it already July? I feel like I just blinked and it went from mid- May to July. June has been a crazy busy month...which would explain why I did not notice that it began or ended as I have not had a chance to come up for air.

Life has been busy with work, Cycling for Change (C4C), packing, moving and trips. Work is going great as I have some challenging projects that I am working on. I'm back on projects with Catholic Relief Services which includes a few trips to Baltimore and projects that make a difference in the world. The three projects I'm working on relate to helping poor farmers in Africa. Pretty cool!

The C4C team is already a quarter done with their journey! It has been exciting being able to follow their journey and not only hearing about the cycling/physical challenges but the people and places they are visiting. I'll get to see the team in Fort Collins this weekend (over the 4th of July) and then again when they come through Kansas City.

Packing and moving can be grouped into one big undertaking. Jamie packed a lot of the house when he was done with school. But there are still plenty of things to start boxing up. The house doesn't seem like a home that I spent years putting together but has gone back to being just a house. The plan is for me to finish the packing and then Jamie and I move everything to Denver sometime in August. This will take off any pressure of having to pack and move post- wedding.

My summer trips have all been grouped together between the end of June and start of July. Jamie and I got to enjoy a beautiful wedding at the Lake of the Ozarks before he left for Denver. With the long weekend coming up, I'll be heading to Denver to check out the new place. I get back to Kansas City for one day of work (I've got to save every bit of vacation days for the honeymoon) before I head to North Carolina for my friend John's wedding. I haven't been to North Carolina, so I'm excited to check it out. (Also, it will add to my list of states visited which will put me seven states ahead of Jamie.)

After July settles down, I look forward to hanging out with friends and finishing my long list of DIY items left to do for the wedding. (My friends may not realize that by hanging out with me, they may also be put to work.) It seems as the time gets closer to the big day, I keep having more creative ideas on things I want to do. We'll see what gets done;)
